Botanical Illustrations

I’ve been drawn to nature and observation from an early age. By combining my love of science and flowers these botanical works are symbolic. They honor both my mother who taught me to appreciate flowering plants and nature to which we are all intrinsically linked. Made with either pencil, watercolor, colored pencil, pan pastels, and pen and ink they came out of spending five years studying at the Denver Botanic Gardens School of Art and Illustration.
